Em 17 de abril estarão reunidos em Nova York experts em arbitragem do Brasil e do mundo para o CCMA-CIESP/FIESP Arbitration Day, evento que será realizado no New York Arbitration Center e discutirá a evolução da prática no Brasil e de que modo a arbitragem pode contribuir com o aumento da previsibilidade de negócios internacionais. 

O Professor Luiz Olavo Baptista integra a programação, participando do painel intitulado The Idiosyncrasies of Brazilian Arbitrators and Attorneys.
