Adriane Nakagawa Baptista
Atelier Jurídico executive director. PhD candidate in international trade at the University of São Paulo, with an LLM in European Law and International Trade from the University of Leiden (LExS Gold Scholarship student). Adriane is a researcher with experience in international trade, negotiation and arbitration. Her work also includes commercial law research for legal opinions and client advice in technology and arbitration law. Adriane is a researcher at the Center for Global Trade and Investment (CCGI) at the Fundação Getulio Vargas São Paulo School of Economics (EESP / FGV). She is also responsible for the contracts, WTO and dispute resolution courses at the IRICE-FIA postgraduate school.
Caique Bernardes Magalhães Queiroz
Lawyer with an University of São Paulo LLB, with experience in national and international disputes and bilingual proceedings in various arbitration chambers, focusing on international negotiations. Researcher at the Center for Global Trade and Investment Studies (CCGI) at the Fundação Getulio Vargas São Paulo School of Economics (EESP / FGV). Currently specializing in Digital Law by Future Law.

Luiz Olavo Baptista
The founder of Atelier Jurídico, Baptista was an experienced scholar, WTO and international law specialist, advisor for governments, law firms, and private companies, and a nationally renowned interpreter of international treaties and WTO law.
He was awarded the Anchieta Medal by the São Paulo City Council, the Barão de Ramalho Award by the São Paulo Lawyers Institute, the High Distinction Degree by the Superior Military Court, and is Grand Officer of the Order of Rio Branco.
He was awarded the Maria Teresa Cristina de Bourbon Chair by the University of São Paulo (2018), where he taught International Law for 30 years. In 2018, the Mercosur Permanent Review Tribunal awarded Luiz Olavo the Rosalba Medal for his lifelong achievements and efforts in dispute resolution.
Luiz Olavo Baptista passed away in 2019.
